Not only will you have an experienced, registered realtor searching through the multiple listing service for your lot, we use many other methods to find choice properties.  One such method is to drive the roads where ideal building lots may be located and note the possibilities.  The lots are out there and become available for many reasons. Sellers often try to sell their properties privately as a first attempt and we are always watching for these opportunities.

 Your House: 

The homes created by Luke & Company Design Builders LTD are unique and have many state of the art features. First and foremost, we will build your home to be as energy efficient as possible. Heating and cooling of the home, heating of the water and electricity consumption are all areas that will be addressed.  We are a registered ENERGY STAR® builder.  By building to ENERGY STAR® specifications, your home will be approximately 30% to 40% more energy efficient than those homes built to minimum building code standards. This increased efficiency will not only save money in the monthly operating costs of your home, it will increase the value of your asset right from day one.

The Ministry of Natural Resources Canada has drawn up the specifications to which compliant homes must adhere if they wish to participate in the ENERGY STAR® Initiative in Canada. The Ministry appoints qualified, authorized agents to inspect, test and approve certifiable homes. Their seal of approval goes on every home that we build.
